Scientists take to the streets at Stand Up For Science rally in Boston

At a rally organized by and The Natural History Museum with scientists and partners, thousands of scientists, science advocates, and community members joined frontline community groups to take to the streets of Boston. Momentum to speak out against the war on science has been growing in the scientific community, building up toward the March for Science on April 22 in Washington, DC and cities across the world.

From the muzzling of scientists and government agencies, to the immigration ban, the deletion of scientific data, and the de-funding of public science, the erosion of our institutions of science represents a dangerous direction for our country. Watch the short video of this inspiring rally — then share with your friends and family to #StandUpForScience and keep fighting back.

What comes next? Sign the pledge to keep fighting and mark your calendar for the March for Science on April 22, and the People's Climate Movement on April 29.
